Noemir derives from understanding and interpretation—what evaluators actually grasp when reviewing materials under time pressure. It represents the gap between what candidates intend to communicate and what reviewers perceive.
Our work focuses on closing that gap: clarifying signal, improving coherence, and ensuring your materials are readable in the environment they'll be evaluated.
